Our export sales team responds to all inquiries within 24 business hours (often the same day). For complex technical specifications or custom machined parts, our engineers may take an additional 1–2 days to prepare a complete proposal with drawings and material certifications.

MOQ varies by product. Standard mica paper, tape, and plate orders typically start from 500 kg or 1 pallet. For custom machined parts, MOQ is usually 100–500 pieces depending on complexity. For low-MOQ trial orders, contact us directly — we're flexible for new customer evaluation.

Yes. Free samples of standard products are available for qualified commercial buyers. Sample shipping costs are typically borne by the customer (via DHL/FedEx account or prepaid) and can be credited against your first bulk order. For custom-engineered samples, a tooling/setup fee may apply.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal (for samples and small orders), and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For long-term customers, we offer more flexible terms including Net 30/60 after credit evaluation.

Yes. We already ship to 30+ countries worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air cargo, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT). We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, MSDS, and product certifications as required.

Absolutely. We run CNC machining, die-cutting, and thermoforming lines for fully custom mica components. Send us a drawing (PDF / STEP / DXF) or a physical sample, and our engineering team will quote tooling, unit price, and lead time. Private-label / OEM packaging is also available.

Our facility is ISO 9001 certified. Individual product certifications include IEC 60331 (fire-resistant cables), UL certifications for North American markets, RoHS, REACH, and specific industry approvals (e.g. EN 45545 for railway). We provide material test reports with every shipment.

Standard in-stock items: 3–7 days. Made-to-order mica paper/tape/plate: 15–25 days. Custom machined parts: 20–35 days depending on tooling complexity. For rush orders, we offer express production with a small surcharge — discuss with your sales contact.
