Five engineered grades, one dedicated manufacturing campus. From standard muscovite for home appliances to 99%-pure synthetic fluorophlogopite for precision high-voltage equipment — SZX New Materials supplies every mica paper grade the modern insulation engineer needs.
Every grade below is manufactured in-house, tested per batch, and packed for global export. Click through for full specifications.
The factory-direct overview of our entire mica paper lineup. Four production lines, 4,000+ tons annual capacity, every grade from standard muscovite to premium synthetic — plus a look inside our factory with photos and a workshop video showing pallets ready for global export.
The industry workhorse. Natural white mica paper for motors, transformers, capacitors and home appliances up to the 33 kV class. Superior dielectric properties at economical cost.
Amber-colored magnesium-rich natural mica. +200 °C over muscovite. The industry-standard base material for fire-resistant cable tapes and furnace insulation up to 700 °C continuous.
Heat-treated to remove structural water and drive off volatiles — pushes continuous service temperature 200–300 °C higher than standard. Ideal for EV motors, jet engines, furnaces and CSP solar plants.
Laboratory-grown fluorophlogopite — zero iron oxide, zero quartz impurities. Batch-to-batch consistency for automated assembly, with 1000 °C continuous and 1200 °C short-term rating. The ultimate mica paper.

Every roll comes from a single dedicated manufacturing campus with strict process control, batch-level traceability, and fifteen years of export experience.
Parallel capacity means we can run standard grammages and custom orders simultaneously — no bottlenecks, shorter lead times.
Dielectric strength, tensile strength, mass loss, and air permeability tested on every production batch. Full test reports available.
Any nominal weight, any slit width. Precision slitting equipment handles orders from prototype rolls to multi-container shipments.
Pallet shrink-wrap, corner protection, HS-code labels, and full export documentation — sea, air, and express freight ready.
From 1 kV home appliances to 400 kV transmission cable cores — the same mica paper portfolio, engineered to the right voltage and temperature class.
