What Is Phlogopite Mica Roll?

Phlogopite mica roll is a high-performance insulation roll manufactured from natural amber phlogopite mica as the main raw material. Through our precision production process — stripping, cutting, lamination, and winding — we transform raw mica crystals into a continuous flexible roll format.

As the premium variety in the mica family, phlogopite mica inherently possesses excellent electrical insulation, high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability. Processing it into roll format makes it significantly more convenient for storage, transportation, and on-site cutting — making it the ideal material for industrial insulation and thermal protection.

Unlike our ceramic fiber composite roll (engineered for extreme temperatures) or flexible EV-grade plate (engineered for battery thermal runaway), this pure natural mica roll is the most economical and versatile option for standard industrial insulation — wherever reliable dielectric performance up to 900°C is required.
