Our Muscovite Mica Tube offers the widest range: inner diameter 3mm to 300mm, length 3mm to 1000mm, wall thickness 0.5-5mm. The Mica Tube Series covers standard sizes ID 3-100mm, length 50-1000mm. Phlogopite Mica Tube supports fully customizable outer diameter per your specific wire/rod size. All grades can be cut to your exact length with clean-cut ends ready for installation.

Our full mica tube series delivers dielectric strength 15-30 kV/mm, effectively insulating systems from 1kV up to 50kV. Phlogopite Mica Tube is specifically rated for ≤20 kV voltage applications and is ideal for HV transformers and switchgear. Muscovite Mica Tube provides ≥20 kV/mm dielectric strength. All grades are UL94 V-0 non-combustible with insulation resistance 10¹⁶ Ω·cm at 23°C.

For standard stock sizes (common ID/wall/length in muscovite or phlogopite): MOQ ~100 pcs, lead time 5-10 days. For custom specifications (non-standard ID, wall, length, or colored phlogopite): MOQ 500 pcs, lead time 15-25 days. Rush production available with small surcharge. For ongoing OEM customers, we offer VMI (vendor-managed inventory) with monthly consolidated shipments across multiple grades.
