High-precision custom mica components engineered for the most demanding industrial challenges. Whether extreme electrical stress or continuous 1000°C high temperature, our mica parts deliver exceptional physical stability and insulation performance. CNC turning, laser cutting, 3D forming, automatic stamping — all to your exact drawings.
Machined mica parts are custom-engineered insulation components produced by cutting, drilling, stamping, grinding, and shaping mica-based materials (muscovite, phlogopite, or synthetic mica) into precise geometries for specific industrial applications. They combine the inherent properties of mica — exceptional dielectric strength, flame retardancy, and continuous high-temperature stability — with the dimensional precision of CNC manufacturing.
At SZX New Materials, we machine mica parts using high-precision CNC turning centers, laser engraving machines, 3D forming equipment, and fully automatic stamping lines. Our standard tolerance is ±0.1mm, with precision-grade ±0.02mm available for critical applications. Surface finish options include smooth (Ra ≤0.8μm) and textured for enhanced bonding.
Every batch is tested in-house for dielectric strength, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality. We serve customers in the electric motor, transformer, HV switchgear, industrial furnace, EV battery, and aerospace industries — including co-R&D design support and mold development for high-value specialty products.
Every part is machined to your drawing with tight tolerance control, verified dielectric performance, and batch-level traceability.
Dielectric strength of 15-40 kV/mm — effectively prevents leakage from low-voltage systems to high-voltage transmission and distribution networks. Suitable for 1 kV to 110 kV applications.
Maintains physical stability and insulation performance under extreme electrical stress and continuous operating temperatures up to 1000°C (synthetic grade). No thermal degradation over long service life.
Lightweight yet exceptionally rigid — resists deformation caused by mechanical stress and vibration. Suitable for long-term use in motor rotors, transformer cores, and heavy machinery assemblies.
Fully compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardancy standards — non-combustible with no toxic smoke emission. Safe for enclosed equipment, EV battery packs, and regulated environments.
Standard tolerance ±0.1mm, precision grade ±0.02mm (with precision grinding). Surface finish options: smooth (Ra ≤0.8μm) for low friction, or textured for enhanced bonding.
High-precision CNC turning centers, laser engraving, 3D forming, and fully automatic stamping — adapting to complex designs in electrical and mechanical equipment. Co-R&D design support available.
