Thermal Runaway Protection for Lithium-Ion Battery Packs

When a single cell enters thermal runaway, temperatures can exceed 800°C in milliseconds. Propagation to adjacent cells must be stopped — or the entire battery pack catastrophically fails.

Our phlogopite flexible mica plate is engineered specifically for this scenario: 750°C continuous / 1000°C transient temperature rating, combined with UL94 V-0 flame retardancy and ≥20 kV/mm dielectric integrity.
