Key Features

Four Properties That Make It the Engineer's Choice

Every property is verified per batch. Full test reports shipped with every order — critical for automotive, marine and power industry approvals.

◆ 01

Excellent Insulation at High Temperature

Maintains stable dielectric performance across the full 500-1000°C operating range. Dielectric strength >20 kV/mm even under sustained thermal stress — critical for HV equipment.

◆ 02

Superior Bending Strength & Hardness

Rigid mica plate offers exceptional bending strength (>120 MPa) and hardness, while soft mica plate provides good tensile properties — both can be machined into various shapes without delamination.

◆ 03

Environmentally Safe

100% asbestos-free composition. Minimal smoke and odor when heated (even smokeless and odorless in many cases). UL94 V-0 flame retardant — safe for enclosed industrial use.

◆ 04

Chemical & Oil Resistance

Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and oils — ensures long service life even in aggressive chemical environments typical of metallurgy, marine, and chemical processing plants.

Dimensions & Format

Widest Thickness Range in the Industry

From ultra-thin 0.1mm sheets for precision electronics to heavy 100mm blocks for industrial insulation — all manufactured to the same rigorous quality standard.

◆ Thickness Range
0.1–100mm
Starting from ultra-thin 0.1mm/0.15mm/0.2mm sheets for precision applications, extending to 100mm thick blocks for heavy-duty industrial insulation.
  • Ultra-thin: 0.1 / 0.15 / 0.2 mm
  • Standard: 0.5 – 10 mm
  • Heavy-duty: 10 – 100 mm
◆ Sheet Sizes
1000 × 600
1000 × 1200mm
Two standard sheet sizes cover most industrial applications. Custom cutting and dimensional tolerances available on request for large-format equipment.
  • Standard: 1000 × 600 mm
  • Large: 1000 × 1200 mm
  • Custom cutting available
◆ Compliance
UL94 V-0
Asbestos-Free
Certified UL94 V-0 flame retardant with asbestos-free composition. Low smoke emission (<4s test) — compliant with modern environmental and safety standards.
  • UL94 V-0 flame retardant
  • Asbestos-free composition
  • Smoke test < 4 seconds
◆ Machining Guide

Two Processing Routes Based on Thickness

Our rigid mica plate supports both cold pressing for thin sheets and precision machining for thick blocks — giving you complete flexibility in final component geometry.

◆ Route A · Cold Pressing

Thickness ≤ 2.0mm

Thin sheets can be cold-pressed directly into your final shape. No heat or specialized machining equipment required — ideal for high-volume production of flat insulation parts.

  • Cold Press
  • Die Cutting
  • Laser Cutting
  • Water Jet
◆ Route B · Precision Machining

Thickness ≥ 2.0mm

Thicker plates require mechanical machining — milling, drilling, sawing, or CNC profiling. Our factory provides pre-machined parts to your exact CAD drawings on request.

  • CNC Milling
  • Drilling
  • Sawing
  • Turning
  • Grinding
Technical Data
