Unlike rigid mica plates, our flexible grade is engineered to conform to irregular shapes — perfect for wrapping around motor coils, lining curved cable channels, or fitting into tight spaces in aerospace and automotive wire harnesses.

Verified through rigorous flexibility testing: no delamination, no mica slippage, no cracking. The thinnest grades (0.1-0.5mm) offer maximum flexibility for tight winding applications, while 1-2mm grades provide structural insulation with retained bendability.
